1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using the GSheet Automation app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within your monday.com account.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  • Use it for unlawful purposes or infringe on monday.com's terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

The App operates on a subscription basis. Billing and payments are managed through monday.com's marketplace.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App and related materials remain with Pioneera Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
