Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the data any Pioneera app holds about you or your account at any time. This covers all our apps: Same Item Multiple Boards, GSheet Automation, Socially and 1Inbox.

How to request deletion

Email hello@pioneera.io from the address connected to your monday.com account and tell us which app your request concerns. That's it. No form, no hoops.

What happens next

We confirm your request, delete the data our systems hold for your account, and reply when it's done, within 30 days at the latest. This is the same process we operate for GDPR data subject requests. Uninstalling an app from your monday.com account also stops all data processing by that app.
